KP Systems ("we," "us," "our") provides automated customer-response messaging and related web services to home-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We do not send unsolicited text messages. You receive a text from us only because you placed a call to a business that uses our service and that call went unanswered. The message is a direct reply to contact you initiated.
Your phone number and message content are shared with the business you contacted, so it can respond to you. We also use service providers — including telecommunications carriers and messaging platforms — strictly to deliver messages on our behalf.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use or transfer of mobile opt-in data and consent is expressly excluded.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Message and call records are retained for as long as the business remains a client, and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information using the contact details below.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.

KP Systems configures and maintains automated missed-call response messaging, and provides related web and marketing services, for client businesses. Setup typically takes one business day after the client provides required access and information.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide, for responding to customer messages in a timely way, and for the content of any messages they send through the service. Clients must not use the service to send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages to people who have not requested them.
Setup fees are billed once at the start of service. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and service continues through the end of the paid period.
The service depends on third-party telecommunications carriers and platforms. We work to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount the client paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
